1:1 lessons to increase your confidence and discover your unique voice
Do you:
Want to increase your confidence when singing?
Love singing but feel shy to sing in front of others?
Have specific issues with your voice, such as weakness, breaking, or a limited vocal range?
I offer 1:1 lessons for all ages, from my home or yours, or online. I have a background in folk singing and performance and focus on confidence, voice health, and nervous system regulation.
I believe that singing is a human birthright and that everyone can sing. Singing blocks are mostly psychological and can be dissolved through working with imagery, breathing, and adjusting physical technique.
Together we will create a relaxed non-judgemental space for you to explore your voice.
As a grief tender, I am also aware that working with the voice can touch vulnerable points, and often brings up emotion. I’ll encourage you to make space for whatever feelings emerge during our time together.
I have a large toolkit of nervous system regulation exercises that can help with easing the voice and relaxing into sounding.

We meet every Thursday at MOMA in Machynlleth from 7–9.
Group singing can be a gentle way to start working with your voice. We focus on simple harmony songs and learn everything by ear (no sheet music!).
